 Lee Anne is committed to working alongside you to experience hope and healthy living. A 50-minute session is $100.  Please discuss financial concerns with Lee Anne during your first session, as she does not want money to be the reason that you cannot come to counseling. Cash, check, credit and debit are all acceptable forms of payment.

 At this time, Connected Roots Counseling does not accept insurance. Instead, we provide medically coded receipts for clients who wish to file for reimbursement with their own insurance companies. 

Depending on your individual coverage, you may qualify for out-of-network benefits. Please check with your insurance carrier for details about your specific coverage by calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card.

 It’s completely understandable that something might come up and your schedule might change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with up to 24 hours notice. If it’s less than 24 hours, you’ll be charged for the session.

Prior to your first session, we would advise you to print and fill out the initial paperwork forms so we can get started right away.
